Who We Are

This website is operated by Axel ("we," "us"). It offers coaching, consulting, creative direction, and precious metals guidance. The site is hosted on Vercel.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information gathered automatically when you visit the site.

• Booking details. When you book a session through Cal.com, you provide your name, email, and session preferences. This data is processed by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.
• Email inquiries. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message content.
• Analytics data. With your consent, we collect page views, click events, and conversion data through Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.
• Error reports. Sentry automatically collects browser error data (stack traces, browser type, page URL) to help us fix bugs. No personal information is intentionally included.
• Referral codes. If you use or share a referral link, a referral code is stored locally in your browser.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use a cookie consent banner. Analytics only load after you accept. Here is what gets stored in your browser:

• Consent preference (localStorage) records whether you accepted or declined analytics.
• Theme preference (localStorage) remembers your light/dark mode choice.
• Session identifier (localStorage) is a random ID used to group your page views into a single visit.
• UTM parameters (localStorage and sessionStorage) track which link brought you to the site.
• Event queue (localStorage) temporarily holds up to 100 analytics events before they are sent.
• Google Analytics cookies are set by Google if you accept analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Meta Pixel cookies are set by Meta if you accept analytics. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

If you decline cookies, no analytics scripts load and no third-party cookies are set.

Third-Party Services

We use the following external services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Cal.com processes bookings, scheduling, and calendar invites.
• Google Analytics 4 measures site traffic and conversions (consent required).
• Meta Pixel measures ad performance and conversions (consent required).
• Sentry captures JavaScript errors for debugging.
• Google Fonts serves the DM Sans typeface. Google may log font requests.
• Vercel hosts the website and may collect standard server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamps).

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to booking requests and schedule sessions.
• To provide the services you selected (coaching, consulting, creative direction, metals guidance).
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
• To measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• To detect and fix technical issues.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above, and only to the extent necessary for them to function. We do not share your data with any other parties.

Data Retention

Booking data is retained by Cal.com according to their policies. Analytics data is retained according to Google and Meta's standard retention periods. Error logs in Sentry are retained for 90 days. Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to provide services.

Your Choices

• Decline cookies. Click "Decline" on the consent banner to prevent all analytics tracking.
• Clear local storage. You can clear your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage at any time to remove all locally stored data.
• Request deletion. Email us to request deletion of any personal information we hold.
• Browser controls. Your browser settings can block cookies, disable JavaScript, or prevent connections to third-party domains.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS preloading. We use a Content Security Policy to restrict which scripts and connections are allowed. Camera, microphone, and geolocation access are disabled by policy.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
