Three patterns to stop.

  • Stop using weed or alcohol to feel present. I understand why — being fully awake and aware when you don't have a direction feels worse than being numb. But the substances aren't making you feel something. They're making you feel like you're feeling something. There's a difference, and it costs you years.

Why Me

I'm a 22-year-old MIT student studying computation and cognition, on a deliberate gap year in Mexico City building the things I wish had existed when I needed them most. My recovery wasn't complicated — it was sleep, movement, and diet, then precious metals, then creative work — and that sequence became the system I now help other young men build for themselves. I didn't read about this in a book and decide to teach it. I lived it, tested it, and rebuilt my entire life around it.
